model release form...
 

hey
i used the search option...couldn't find what i was looking for...

i'm planing on shooting some girls...
what type of form do i need? and do i need a pic of their id or something to go with it?

oh...and where can i find a form like that...tried to find it on google...it only found a 4line thing...

Are you sure that you want to open yourself up to the legal fuckfest that you are getting ready to put yourself in ?? I would suggest that you get with a lawyer first, before you pull out the camera and start shooting!!! When your standing in front of a Federal Judge for not being legal, do you really think that he or she will give a fuck if you tell them, "Well I got my forms at www.GoFuckYourself.com and I thought that it was all I needed" ????

Please make sure and cover yourself legally, don't just take the advise of a bunch of dickwads like us (me included), unless we are telling you to see a lawyer. Even getting a form from someone else that shoots content doesn't cover you, get sound legal advise and spent a few bucks getting the proper paperwork :)

There are a couple goverment forms that most strippers and actors/actresses sign but they really don't cover all the bases I get scanned copies front and back of at least two pieces of ID and my model release form is 3 pages long and was written by my lawyer who I made read code 18 artical 2257 before he wrote it I would suggest you do something similar
