So everyone make it through the tornadoes here in FL?

Just wondering if all the locals made it through the tornadoes last night. Luckily I didn't get hit again.

The one that hit last month did a direct hit on the building I live in and tore off half the roof and knocked out 16 windows and did some other damage. They just finished up fixing the roof and so on.

Na it was all over the area.. Lake county was the hardest hit but Volusia and Sumter counties were hit as well.

Here in Volusia it hit in Deland real bad and I heard it hit down in New Smyrna Beach.. I know at least two people from here on GFY that live in NSB.

Same here. My mom called frantically wondering if we were ok. I had no idea what she was talking about. Damage was pretty extensive. Sad for all the people that were hit.

              I seo'd my hair yesterday and today it's pr7!

The same storm tore thru Tallahassee. Flights were delayed coming in to Tampa airport and when my plane finally did come in to take us back to LA, it was almost 2 hours into the flight before the flight attendants were allowed to even get out of their seats because the turbulence was so bad. Its definitely not a good sign when flying into a bad lightening storm, if one of the people screaming when the plane drops is a flight attendant!

heh I landed at Orlando airport in a storm like that once, when coming back from Cali.
