I fucking HATE asshole customers!!!!
For the record, I see GTS as a professional, friendly, helpful company. We train our employees to help customers, be friendly etc.
But every once in a while we get a totally ASSHOLE customer who swears, yells, threatens, verbally abuses and generally wastes our company time & resources....so I say "fuck you" you are banned!!!! Complete refund and leave us the hell alone!!! What do other GFYers think? We certainly can deal with complaints in a professional manner, even when some customers get angry, we can deal with that....but when a customer is repeatedley calling any extension he can get a hold of, even the receptionist and totally freaking out, sorry man, you cross a line............ Goodbye!!! |

lol I think we all get a customer like that every once in a while! I can think of one in particular that was a handful. We were SO glad when he left. Corey tried to cancel his account at least once before he finally decided to move on.

I owned brick/mortar retail stores for twenty years. There is a small percentage of customers that COST you money every-time they walk in your door. They also lower the morale of your employees.
Most times they are looking for "dissatisfied customer free-bees" Show them the door. |

Customers are ok to get angry and annoyoyed, personal abuse and swearing at staff is a no no. IMO if that happens more than once or twice, you should "fire" them Staff arnt paid to take personal abuse.

I've told off plenty of customers. There comes a point where you start losing money when people are freaks. It's easier to refund them and move on. It's part of business.
