So I go out and buy toys for my cat's but....
 

All they want is the bag :( they won't have much to do with any of the toys. Next time I'll just get them some nail files as they are always taking the ones I use. That and some bags and I guess they will be happy.

unless there's catnip in the toys, or if they're kittens and you're actually *playing* with them using the toys - most cats much prefer bags and boxes.

it's their way of saying "we're too smart to fall for the marketing ploys that *you* fall for - we'll play with what we *want* to play with, not with things that some "experts" think cats will like." :1orglaugh

my dog will not play with toys either until another dog wants to then he has to play with each and every toy the other dogs want.

My male cat is sitting inside a plastic bag right now. He likes to get in, then stick his head through the handles and walk around like he's wearing clothes. Fucking funny, I tells ya.

Wow. The pics are great!!!!!!! But I should say that the toys are useless if your cat likes bags. I judge by my personnal experience. My cat loves not only to hide in the plastic bags, but to nibble the corners of it as well. No, really. My girl's female cat likes to play with her earrings. It is possible to find the earrings under the carpet or in some strange places. And no toys can help. Our catsdon't play with it. That is all.

All 3 of my cats have a weird Q-tip fetish. They always steal and play with them mercilessly. They'll even fight eachother for them! :1orglaugh

It is weird..mine has a shitload of toys and only plays with earplugs and bottle caps
