My experience with NatNet
 

First of all moving 5 servers over to them went easy and quick like never before (this was the 5th time i switched the hosting company).

Their ticket respond is... absolutely AMAZING! It takes only a few minutes (2 at average), sometimes even seconds. They reply right away with a note that they are working on it, so you dont have to wait and wonder if anyone is looking at your issue. It also doesnt matter if its a critical issue or you just wanted to say hello, they will respond right away.

Their monitoring system is awesome. I had a 1 minute downtime because the var got full so i went to open a ticket right away. But huh it was too late, they fixed the problem already.

Their servers and apache are perfectly optimized from the beginning, you dont have to request any optimizations additionaly. I never had my sites load this fast.

All their techs are professionals in their jobs. They will help you with everything you need. They will install any 3d party script you need. They installed 30 ATX scripts for me! And the best part of it is that you dont have to ask them to do it, THEY will offer you their help! In fact one of their techs is setting up a wordpress blog for me while im writing this.

Finaly, i can go to sleep without worring that my sites will be down or even slow when i wake up. NatNet works like a charm!

I have to agree. I moved over to NatNet in November, and so far I've been extremely impressed. The support ticket wait times are incredible. I like knowing that I can submit a ticket and have a response in just a few minutes.

My prior experience with National Net was outstanding.

When I worked for Lightspeed Cash I would wake up in the morning and discover there was a problem while I was sleeping and they fixed it. Not only did they fix it, the fixed it and was also aware that their fix would cause another problem and fixed that too - all less than two mintues after it happened.

National Net is top notch. And their parties are "okay" too.

We've been with NatNat since 1999 and I never thought about moving our stuff somewhere else :)

natnet is amazing, plain and simple

I have NEVER experienced hosting like it before, it is a nice change

Customer service is superb, they set the bar in the hosting business when it comes to customer service. Absolutely fantastic.

I've only heard good things about them... if Server Privider didn't offer me such a good price and support, I would use them...

NatNet + Flyinc Croc = The two hosting compagnies I've heard the best feedback about.

NatNet since 2000 Fuck the rest stick with the best!
