trouble sleeping need help
 

which do you think is better (not health wise but to put my ass down)

some diphenhydramine based sleep aid or melatonin ??

A 12 pack always does it for me :glugglug

i use the melatonin some times and it works good. I sleep sounds, but have a hard time actually getting my eyes to physically open in the mornings.
