well, had noodle soup for breakfeast. and that was 30mins streching it. The shopping arcade sucks, mostly restaurants. Just another overpriced airport, with $40 T's

You sound like you haven't spent much time in Japan. The penalties are harsh, so unless you know people (and they know you), that isn't going to happen.

JFK, post some pictures if you're bored - has to be a few cuties there at the airport. There are usually some cool art installation displays (murals, etc), or just shoot some slice of life pix - lots of people haven't been there and might get a kick out of it...

YES... in Narita they have "day rooms" where you can rent small bedrooms by the hour!!!!! Also can take a shower in there... they have it all!!!!

Look for the shower rooms, they will probably have day rooms there. They have them for sure, I sleep in them all the time.

I always fly United, I think that is the South Wing... has all the Star Alliance partner airlines.

If you can find the lounge for United / Star Alliance, walk out of the doors of it, turn left, turn left again when you see the elector walkways, and it should be on your right just a few minutes down.

Or just ask around for "Day Rooms."

They will give you a wake up call in there as well, just ask!!!

These are small rooms with a decent size bed in them, along with a small bathroom for a shit and a shower.

Yeah i had a 9 hour stopover on my way back to Australia from london recently. It was shithouse! Had a shower and a bath for an hour, then bought heaps of duty free, and finished off with 30 mins in one of their super massage chairs with the japanese writing on the controller. It's like a mystery massage!

Oh and they've got the rectum sprayers in the toilet! Hours of fun! haha it scared the shit outta me! Literally! I didn't know what the buttons did, but was curious!

found where they are,........the other side of Passport control, that is why I did'nt see them earlier. I dont have a boarding card yet, they only ticketed me this far.so I am SOL There are showers on this side, but not with rooms.

the day rooms in narita have washed away quite the layer of filth from my person over the years, don't fight the sukatoro mentality and get clean, whether you opicked up a dirty girl in harajuku or not..!

atleast hotties run rampant in Narita ... eyecandy. who knows, might see some girls traveling back from their six hour go-go dancing stints :winkwink:
