How come Craigslist doesnt need ID's with all the naked pictures they host?

It is actually against craigslist's TOS of service to post graphic pics.

it makes pretty much no damn sense at all. i'm sure we will see someone hoot and holler about this subject in the future and give them hell about it. but probably not us.

They are online because nobody is complaining.

The laws do not, will not, shall not ever be fair or make much sense. Get this into your heads to start with.

Certain exceptions were given to certain types of sites that meet a certain criteria are exempt from 2257 inspections and enforcement. As it was stated places like Google do host many images and they do not have ID's nor are they required to.

PS oh what is the world of fairness going to do when a certain large film comes out very soon that shows nudity of a seventeen year old? Yup not a fucking thing, cause shit is not fair, will not be fair, and never shall be fair.

If you're going comment on a law, at least make sure you're familiar with it.
