Anyone ever use fethard and webmoney?

Well they are mainly used by russians. The services themselves are not a problem, but it's very hard to know who is behind a Fethard account. I do trust my money with Fethard, 100%, I have been using them for many years, but you just can't trust everyone who uses it. Most, probably all, affiliate fraud we had was by people that use Fethard, but on the other hand, we also have tons of honest webmasters.

So you have to do a pretty good screening before you accept these forms of payout.

Yes, but if they are affiliates for a program and card your paysites using their affiliate ID, and you find out after you have already paid them you are fucked, because there is no way to know who is behind a Fethard account.
That is what happened to use a few times. They sent joins with stolen cards, and they are pretty good in hiding it, so sometimes it takes weeks or even month before you catch them. That is the main reason we stopped taking affiliates that want to use Fethard, unless we really know who is behind the account.

i think it would be a goodtime for another payment company to step into the adul arena

My money is on fethard..if they came in they would get some business for sure
