Real biz = done in private

everyone who posts every day on the same board and gets excited about other people's life's, or "board events" for a few years is wasting his life, and has his opportunities set wrong and he will probably regret it in future.

If you're posting here every day waiting to say "sig spot" where a big sponsor is accused of shaving, if you try to be the first one who makes a "woot, we have a new GFY skin" thread, or try to beat woj for a 50th spot.... or to see new pics of Tassy's boobs (nothing against her though) or to check out the newest Jimthefiend drama... you are most likely a loser and neither your biz is going as good as it could, nor is your social life anything close to exciting.

Oh and yes, this may be ironic that this is coming from a guy with 34k posts... but nevertheless it's still true.

There are obviously exceptions - you can be a prime sales rep, living a great life and posting here a lot, but mainly for biz etc

But the individual webmaster who neither runs an affiliate program, nor represents any company, is basically wasting his time with following all the bullshit that goes on here everyday. :2 cents:

That being said, I'm not leaving GFY yet... (right now, Im following closely the .xxx domain.... and later... we will see, but I will probably slow down... unless I get a better reason to be here as often as it was the case till now)

I rarely post here anymore. 97% of the people here aren't even people they are postbots. Nothing gets done it's all retards and dramatards. I have boards I visit daily where biz IS done you may see me post once or twice a day lately.

I truly don't see how someone can get that many posts in about 4.5 years. I truly hope I never hit 10K but I probably will.

In objective terms, most of what appears on any board is BS. The only real difference is the extent to which the etiquette of a particular board forces its posts to be dressed up.

I'm no heavyweight poster, but I visit several boards regularly. I don't pretend it has much value, but it's the easiest way to take a short break when there wouldn't be time to do much else.
