Best solution for an off site mysql back up

Looking for something that will back up a database off site every few hours. It would be nice if it would email me a link to download it local too store on a NAS system also

set a cron to dump it on your server
set up a cron to wget it from another box

You might want to look at replication for a realtime backup.

I kinda want something a little more hi tech. Maybe an admin that stores them
