its because they are hiring foreign people to do the work...they can pay them 90% less than their american counterparts

i hate cock suckers that hire people outside of the U.S. & Canada just because they are cheaper

The above sentence is not incorrect, however, you should have used a comma instead of ellipses. You also forgot to place a period at the end of your run-on sentence.

You are missing the point entirely. If a company doesn't take care of small details like simple spelling, then I have no reason to believe that they care enough about their business to do whatever it is they claim to do.

Why anyone would hire Russians to do anything is beyond me anyway. It shows a serious lack of judgement.
