ccbill 50% daily lost w/o reason?
hi everybody. i do not want o make this thread again, but i do not understand ccbill last days. i made today 4 transactions, you know maybe you nevermind about that small number, but for me its good day, and now, after few hours, 2 transactions are lost. i have transaction numbers and all in email, but nobody send me nothing and they are no more in my admin. i feel as idiots, do you know why? do someone have the same strange things inside admin area? it looks like someone is stealing sales or what. sorry for may be stupid thread, i am newbie and i better ask than shut up and cry. thanks for any reply, i hope everything is only mistake and will be solved asap, tc

Reporting errors have happened in the past and they quickly fixed them as well with nobody even asking about it. Hell sometimes they are the first to announce such an issue. Not to mention if they wanted to "shave" some sales, do you really think they would take from someone who did four sales in one day and take two, thus a 50% shave, or do you think they would take two from someone who did one hundred a day and thus be a 2% and go unnoticed. Though they have NO FUCKING REASON to be shaving. They make more than enough money being fully legit. Now the shocker is someone from CCbill will come in here. Still remain polite despite what you have said and help you with your problems if there are any. |

thank you i understand well, of course i sent email first but last email was not answered well for me. and as a newbie i thought best way is to ask than keep what i have in my mind only. maybe that was not told in the best way, so sorry to all who can fell bad about mine post. i hope i will get some info from ccbill soon so all will be answered as well. sorry to all, next time i will be again more patient, i really need to learn much here cause one month in bussiness is still giving only more questions

You have to be making five sales a day for your emails to be answered.

teencat you have a legit beef. Contacting support is the first step ( you have already done that ). Starting a gfy thread serves 2 purposes . #1 helps others isolate a potential problem #2 may answer your q without having to contact support. I thought your thread was done properly . an equal amount of frustration and curiosity.. ccbill is good people . I'm not even an afil and i have always gotten good support through ccbill. but that doesnt mean problems dont happen.. Hopefully when you do hear what the problem is you will come back and let us know. |

ok, i received email "that was refunded to buyer and i have to ask owner of affiliate program" ... omg, how i have to know who is the owner of affiliate program when i dont have any info about him? if i will not receive emails for transactions, who will let me know about any transactions? ccbill = no more, if there is another option on site, ccbill will be out. nowhere else are doing idiot from me as here, sorry. i am sick if im going to sleep on 100usd and if i wake up i have 22 and i see only one 12.50 refund

i was checking admin right now and i cant laugh more... i got refund, -12.50, for site, which i never sold. i see that i got -12.50 for martinadreams but i never ever sold that site, oho lol, ccbill, not every new aff is stupid, it looks loke you think in that way. ir i totally dont understand what does that mean. i cant believe my eyes cause i never saw something like this

well i can tell you that i have used ccbill for over 7 years and in that time they have never fucked up once, not for me or any of my affiliates
so far in this thread you have admitted fucking up once and chances are you have fucked up more than that go bash something else or take this up with your sponsor |
all why i am solving this here is cause i think this is the one and only place and cause ccbill is not answering mine emails. friend of mine is doing this biz few years and dont have too any problems, but i have. so do i have to keep the problems only to me and feel as idiot who cant ask? sorry, if i will get no reply nothing happenned, maybe one day will someone solve the same so i will get some answers

yes. it is 28-31 from yesterday, the pasted with shadow is 28-31 from today, i have only 28-31 screenshot from yesterday. anyway the single transaction isnt there today, and similar issue is not first time for me

ok, everything solved now, thanks to Luke W. at ccb who gave me understandable answer. newbie TC is little bit clever in this topic, so sorry to all for mine newbies thread, maybe more to come, but i really want to do this biz for 100% so i need informations for the start. sorry once again, long live ccbill!
