The cookie is set when the surfer click your links , NOT when he makes his first purchase . So you will probably see your members for about 7-8 days then AWE takes them or even more , depends if the surfer bookmark your site .

i know that awe cookie problem and can live with it simply for one reason:
all other cam sponsors i tried out did not convert in any way.

Allthough the cookie dies rather fast i can see several members comming back again and again for months in my stats! It seems as they got used to one of my sites or bookmarked them for login..
