Spent 2 hours with this guy on the phone on Saturday about a number of client accounts I have to straighten shit out. I just NOW get an email saying the exact opposite of what I asked, as well as just charged my credit card when I asked for a refund.

He probably wasn't happy with yoiu making him work for 2 hours on a Saturday.

Though I hate when you come to an agreement on the phone and then people do completely opposite things. This is not the way business is done.
