Has anyone heard of them i guess there like paypal and some of the others. If anyone uses them can you leave your contact details so I can ask you a question.

Yes, they're huge (mainly in easten europe and Russia). I haven't used them though.

Reason I am asking is because I got a friend trying to get the money he gots in there sent to his bank and its becoming a hudge hassle and ive tried calling there tech phone and no one picks up
