it is not that slow for me, but must be the connection but still it sure didn't got any faster.

I typed the last few posts in a blank email first, then cut/pasted them into the board. Typing it directly into the post box wasn't working too well.


Things seem to be improving speed-wise now though.

If I have normal amount of programs open then the GFY IE window is slow as fuck, agreed.

The problem was NOT with flash files, the design of the skin, or HushMoney. The problem was a major security flaw found in Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7. If only Microsoft would actually follow standards defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (http://www.w3.org) this would NOT have happened.

I wasn't suggesting any particular reason for the slowdown, which by the way seems to have dissipated. Was merely reporting a noticeable slowdown on the board (while being my usual irresistably funny self in the process).

I should think the powers that be would want to know such things, and be aware of any problems the herd is experiencing. Call me crazy. :D

It was really bad on Safari last night on my Mac where the thread backgrounds appeared transparent. Being on a different machine now I see a black background to the threads and seems to be working ok on the PC/IE .

Last night it was impossible though.
