I have more posts than you, I posted my ref. codes several times here so theoretically I should be making a nice income with them.

It doesnt work that way thoguh, not counting Money Tree referrals which made me $400 monthyl for almost 3 years, I never got anything worth it
hell, i have 37 webmasters referred to Payserve and they make me 3 euros per month

I feel the only way to make money wirh referrals is by referring your friends, or referring whales and offering them something in return...

Well, now I should come in with the good old webmaster lingo "I'm a huge and wealthy guy and $8 is nothing to me and you suck if it's a lot of money for you and blah blah" but I won't. ;)

Yes it may turn out to be a waste of $8 but I bought three domains like this a while ago for no intelligent reason and just decided to see if perhaps I could get a couple of sympathy referrals through them :winkwink:

actually let's say there's a program paying $30 per join and 10% referrals

you refer 5 guys to them, they make combined 10 sales a day (looking at the numbers GFY'ers post, I should rather say: each of them makes 10 sales daily :) )

that's $30 per day and $900 per month, nice additional income.

in theory it sounds so easy that everyone should be making at least such money with referrals, but truth is, almost noone does

not to mention that when asking peopel to sign up under you, you look desperate for cash :error

I don't know about referring 5 guys who can make 10 sales per day, that's a very difficult target, I think. But mathematically you're right. It just doesn't ever seem to work, in the real world though.
