Has anyone else seen an increase in sales since this was implemented?

It's fuckin awesome and way overdue. Still...better late than never I suppose. Now if they could just come up with a better way to bill all EU customers we would be all set.

As for sales, I've seen a minor increase, but that could be anything.

Which currencies do they offer now? Can affiliates (and program owners) be paid out in multiple currencies or is everything converted to USD at transaction time?

On first hearing I was doubtful it would make much difference, but now that it's live I am seeing better join form ratios.

How do you go about billing Brazil? I was told they have "local credit cards" not mastercard/visa, they have their own local ones. Do these still work on CCBill?
