I was just notice there is a lot of avaible com domains with three letters avaible for prize of 90$.Is it worth to give 90$ for that kind of domain?

As more companies form there will be a company with the 3 letters you have .

Even if ABC was not a broadcast company and never bought their name, the ABC store chain in Hawaii still would have paid at least 100k for abc.com

Well they are worthless in terms of people remembering them. The other side of the coin is SE traffic which wont care if its a short name. Try getting a 4 character one that is pronouncable instead seeing as they can be had for the reg fee.
