I make "wasabi bombs" with my sushi where I put loads of it along with some soy sauce and some ginger...And I always wash it down with a drink that's made for sushi which is saki.

sushi is awesome, i eat it once a week or so but always from the same few places....bad sushi can upset your stomach quicker than any other food i find...it doesn't have to be food poisoning per say but the combo with liquer and poor quality sushi will cause vomiting 90% of the time
