What Was your job before you went full time into porn? Or current part time job?

I was a waiter at Planet Hollywood for years!
I was making like $30 - $45 a day in tips.
I started to make like $200- $400 a day on the internet back in
Feb 1998... Came into work one day and said fuck it!
Got my ass out of there and went full time into porn!

Freedom at last ... Shit, some of my homies still working there!
LOL!

Kris 07-30-2002 04:55 PM

i was a college student delivering pizzas. after graduating in business management, i started a short stint in non-adult doing search engine placement but quickly discovered that promoting pornsites was much more profitable than amazon or dealing with clients who expected #1 for every keyword in every freakin engine....so i went to work for xpics.

4 years later, i'm still working here!

Sly_RJ 07-30-2002 05:02 PM

High School and main stream. Got sick of trying to make money off of wallpaper... porn is much more fun.

DrewKole 07-30-2002 05:05 PM

Erm, mortgage banking... and still is. =)

I'll be doing it till I feel secure enough in porn to make it a fulltime thing, and... that means alot. =)

Then again, I work less than 8 hrs a day, and have partial ownership in the company... Life's pretty easy right now doing porn and lending out cash... =)

Nah... I graduated with honors and a 3.5 GPA. Not too proud about the 3.5, but that's what you get when you slack off for your first 3 years. Senior year had a 4.0 though, that was pretty cool.

No soup for you. Next...

I didn't go to college (I would have been home in one semester. I like to party too much) So I went to work right out of High school as a firefighter for 4 years, then drove a truck for a couple of years and then went to work for my family selling agricultural equipment parts (tractors, combines, earthmoving, equipment, etc) still doing that and some mainstream website design alongside the porn.... until the ship comes in that is. :thumbsup

I was (am) a Chemical Engineer and was the Plant Manager of a ten million dollar a year manufacturing operation for a German/American auto parts manufacturer.

Now I make 6 times as much with my paysites and other adult ventures. And have one hundred times the fun.

I've never looked back. :Graucho

If I ever have to get a real job again, I have no idea what I will put on my CV.

from the age of 15 i worked as:

a convience store clerk, gas jockey boy, waiter and skilift attendant (lifty). all shitty jobs. then i went to uni and started a 4 year degree - worked at a university coffee shop, then as the guy who delivers food trays to hospital rooms.

i got a summer job in the genetics lab of one of my professors after year III. i had free reign of the computers, and usually worked at night (so usually by myself or with one other lab guy). i started building shitty websites purely for the fuck of it. that was 1995 - and here i am :)

I have been various kinds of computer tech. Mostly windows helpdesk and Mac hardware repairs, but you know how it is, you always end up doing other stuff. I have mostly been a Philosophy student... and I still am. This pays the bills, but let's just say we still live like students. I will let you know when it feels like a real salary.

you didn't strike me as a Philosophy student. i majored in Genetics and minored in Philosophy. mostly focused on existential and post-modern/cyber philosophy. Also took quite a bit of logic and ethics.

once i'm done with this biz, i am going back to do a masters in phil (think post-modern/cybernetic/computer as object-to-think-with direction). after i travel for a couple of years...
