What Percentage of your traffic comes from search engines?
 

I get about 20% of traffic from SEs. I think I can do a lot better. How is/are your website(s) doing?

would it be worth the $$ to outsource an employee that just worked on link trades all day?

depends on some of my blogs 60-80% come from SE's and i have worked hard o target seo, other sites i do lots of trades to get traffic.

you dont need a shitload of links to boost a good site.

I have 3 sites I really want to push. Overall over a 100 but they just mostly feed the main 3.

but all useless keywords such as freepcis, free pics.....

My site is only 6 months old and it's my first time "webmastering", if that's what you call it, lol. We will hit 10K uniques from SE's this month.

So far, SE traffic increases by 30% per month, as long as I add my secret sauce. Bummer, I am only converting 1:2000.

Duplicate with similar but different sites and/or raise your conversion to 1:500. Sounds like you're doing good though. :thumbsup

If you mean new traffic, more than half. If you include repeat visitors SE traffic is a tiny percentage.
