I think its the end of the conversions too...They are offereing 100 bucks for webmaster referrals..but your referred webmasters have to produce 20 sales before you get a cent...I'm putting a bangbus banner where i would put a webmaster affiliate code...over saturate the program for a possible 100 bucks ..not for me

I think any program will either get undersaturated or oversaturated with anything. Its mostly up to the webmaster themselves on how they market and pusha project. One thing about sponsors are that for every new sponsor that becomes oversaturated another one pops up or that same program releases some new shit...same shit different toilet..its all about the dollar at the end of the day!!

i've got a great sponsor converting 1:10 -> 1:20 on avs traffic. one of the small guys. the second i post an address here... every 14 year old newbie cocksomker will sign up, grab some public domain images, and spam the shit out of the tgps with their freeware submission software. lil' shits.


as for gay traffic: i love those fags. maybe i'd make more if i niched it all out. i've bought mucho straight porn mags, videos, and site content with money made from gay sites. always hilarious to see straight guys trying to push gay sites for the first time. this is where the 14 year old webmasters stand out... they're always the ones that are dumb enough to give their sites names like "flaming fucking faggots".

believe me im not hosing anything out.I have been around and seen many sponsors come and go and then there are some who are good.The best sponsors I use for other niches I keep for myself and to myself for obvious reasons.Dont forget that some people cant convert shit even if they were given 50 million pre-set galleries. The bottom line is MARKETING. If you cant market your porn then you lose..period..

how will ox's servers handle all the extra traffic? they had so many slow periods over the past few months. with every tom, dick and harry promoting ox cash it'll be even worse, along with ratios going down the shitter.

I don't think that anything will really change load-wise. All the people that could send serious traffic already had accounts.

ya but, if they had trouble keeping up before when they restricted the number of new webmasters, how will things be now when anyone can join? hopefully better planning went into the servers.

i host with the same people they do. it's not a big deal to add new servers and lbalancers when required.

hopefully everything is straightened out now, there were some major slowness every once in a while. seems to be great lately tho. i'll be crossing my fingers.

actually, they have given me a better price than i've been offered anywhere else (after talking to all the hosting companies spammed here, and many that are not). last month i did sign a contract however (the first time i've done that with any hosting company after 7 years in the biz), to drive the price down even further.

i am VERY happy with them :) and that's all i am able to say about it...

I wouldn't call OX a flash in the pan since they have consistantly made sites that are innovative and interesting as opposed to just making generic lesbian, cumshot, & tit sites like most sponsors. I don't think they will stop trying to do that anytime soon. This will keep them around for quite a while especially since they're business skills are also improving.

What they did by opening they're doors is what all big companies do at some point, expand. Let's take the fashion biz for example, when Calvin Klein or Donna Karen started out they could only be found in the higher end department stores. As they grew and got a little older a little of the freshness wore off. They were still in the game, although no longer the it brands, but they had to do something to keep the sales increasing so they started selling in discount stores like Marshalls & JC Penny. Not on the same level as Macy's but those stores are everywhere which brought them large scale volume sales and almost doubled the profits for both companies.

Same thing with OX letting everyone in. The freshness is about to get watered down and conversions will dip but they will make up for that with volume. As long as they keep making sites that are fresh they will continue to be good.
