The Newbie Needs Help...

Just wanted to test out the "post a poll" option...
but don't know how to do it.
I typed my stuff into the usual place...then checked the box to turn it into a poll question...then I pressed preview...but the poll didn't show up, only the normal thread part of it...when do you get to type in the poll selections?

Do you live in LA? I could just go over your house and show you how to do it. It's kinda hard to explain. The polling system is all fucked up. Do you have any cheetos? I'll need Cheetos and Pepsi.
