i watched a video of a snake eating a gazelle ( horns and all ) and you would be suprised what it looks like after.. not nearly as big a lump as i would have figured

used to have 2 ball pythons, they are very sneaky, dogs never had a chance, if they are hungry they will find a non-alert dog and go after it

also had a roomate that had a python and that thing would eat full size rabbits

Can't say I am all that surprised.

you'd think the dogs would be enough of a predator to be able to escape, at least to hurt the snake enough to make it release. I saw a video the other day where a cougar killed a HUGE python, just because it was in the same general area as it's cubs. The python got to the water, the cougar just went in after it and pulled it out again and finished it off.
