IDIOCRACY.... who has seen it?
 

Not sure if you've seen this, but the first 30 minutes of this movie let me know I'm not alone in where I see things headed :)

I won't say it's a great movie, but it's FULL of great quotes and some unique perspective. Hard to find something original these days. If you're lookin for a flick to watch and can't find anything, give it a go

i have it downstairs, will probably watch it tonight. heard good things about it. its a mike judge film, same guy who did office space which is a classic so i have high hopes for it.

That's what I thought...and then I watched it. Worse movie I have ever seen in my life. I only recommend it if you are having trouble sleeping, and there is no booze in the house.

It's garbage really. Too bad they had to fuck up such a good idea for a film.
But I still recommend seeing it, it has a few extremely funny lines.

first 10 minutes are great... (basically the idea/point of movie)
remaining 95 minutes are... crap...

but.. its what plants crave

Problem is it looks like the main target market for this film was the IDIOTS.

I saw it, it had some good points but it really didn't build into a good movie. Too bad because it could have been really good.

There were definitely some memorable quotes in there. Overall, the movie was kinda lame but just for the quote-worthy lines... it was worth the rental.

It was so bad that I feel the need to bump this thread. This movie was awful. It's a take on how TV dumbs people down, but the movie itself is a victim of the thing it criticizes. This is a good movie if you like very simple humor, like a guy being kicked in the balls over and over again.

It has maybe 3 or 4 good one liners...but, all in all, it was the worst movie I've seen in many, many months. Mike Judge's worst to date, by far...and I'm normally a fan.
