Is TGP Software still in business?(little drama)

We ordered a copy of TM3 and paid for it via epass over 3 weeks ago. They contacted me right away about set up but have not responded to a single email since they received payment. I have tried from my corporate and hotmail emails just in case there may have been an issue.

If anyone can tell me they are in fact reputable or if I should contact epass to get a refund please let me know. Also at this point im looking for new tgp software. Our big sites run UCJ but we want something small and quick to build a group of several new tgps and free sites were launching.

Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I haven't dealt with them lately but I only have good things to say about them, their support is usually second to none, have you tried getting in touch with them by ICQ ?

Odd you should choose a script which is further back from the "cutting edge" than UCJ, but otherwise not so very different. Why not ATX or Trade Expert, or Sloth if saving some $$$ is a priority?

If TM3 has been developed at all in the past 2+ years, they are keeping very quiet about it. As to "second-to-none" service, I had to chase them for several days recently to get a reinstall, although it did happen eventually once I got really p*ssed.

Hey buddy, havn't heard from you in a while. I still use autogallery sql and I really like it.

BTW do you have any feeds for your program yet? Shoot me an e-mail. [email protected]

That's not a trade script though. :Graucho

fris 01-27-2007 09:59 AM

havent heard much from tm3 these days, a lot of people are going arrow trade, trade expert route

HowlingWulf 01-27-2007 10:00 AM

I had to have TM3 reinstalled on some of my sites. Support took quite a while to get back to me after several emails and icq requests. :( too bad, the script is pretty good.

Ok, I didn't read it. I have worked with him in the past so I would like to contact him as I like promoting his stuff :)

crazies 01-27-2007 10:08 AM

Hey Charles their support is pretty lousy although I have never had a problem with them as far as not getting back to me.

You might try sending Ty an ICQ at 118352259

Success mentality = 100K visitors per day = 300K clicks = 3K to script = paying $2,700+ per year

Saving grace: Sloth does have a paid version at a very reasonable $100, I believe...

Karupted Charles 01-27-2007 11:13 AM

Ok thanks for the heads up guys. Ill call epass this afternoon and TM3 just lost a good sized client.

Jimmer its always a pleasure to talk with you. Im heading out now for the day but I'll be around more Monday and Ill email you then. Or hit me on ICQ 113152714 Im always here to help bro.

Carzies your word is like gold to me thanks for your input. i tried his icq (never on) and his email several times its a real shame I like c coded programs.

Jayeff I would be interested in talking to you more. You seam to understand some of the finer points of tgps like the fact that free scripts will always cost you more. Not to mention you have no control over were that 1% is going. Ill look into sloth but if you have some time next week I would love for you to hit me up on ICQ 113152714.

DamageX long time no speak buddy.

To all the others that posted there comments thank you. I appreciate you taking the time to help me with this little issue.

To all the other

Dude, some of your posts lately have been staggering. Stick to "thats nice" or "Id hit it", please?

VIPimp 01-27-2007 12:50 PM

I just had them do a reinstall for me... they been having email problems... ICQ them, they should reply within a day.

crockett 01-27-2007 01:04 PM

As far as TM3 support.. I contacted him about a week or so asking about ownership transfer. I was able to get in tough with him with in a day I think it was.

Did you try his ICQ that's what always works for me.

Yes but how many people actually build 100k sites? But even if you do build the site up.. get it to 20 - 30k then buy the paid version.

DamageX 01-27-2007 01:06 PM

Charles, left you a few lines on ICQ. ;)

Spunky 01-27-2007 01:09 PM

I have been using TM3 for years and it's a great script.I also use UCJ-C.I like the force features and proxy detection in TM3..They are based in Europe so there is a time differance.

Hi Charlie,

seems like we're having some communication problems. Your script was installed on Jan 12th and mail was sent to you as well, but i guess you never received it, let me copy paste that mail:

On 24th Jan i've sent you two ICQ messages but never got a reply, i guess you didn't get them or something, take a look:
> to Karupted Charlie Jan 24 11:31:52 2007: Let me know if you're online

Mitja resent you the original email yesterday. I hope you got it now. if you didn't get it again, hit me up on ICQ please, even if i appear to be offline, i'm probably near by, but invisible.

wish you all the best

Most of the 1% redirected traffic goes to my own, clean TGPs. Jayeff himself pointed out that since there's a paid version of Slothtrader available, you won't run into the problem of "paying too much" over time. Start with the free version, make sure you're happy with how it works, then upgrade once you grow. The alternative is to spend money on a script and then discover there's something you really dislike about it, or even worse, there's some compatibility problem with your install. With Slothtrader the free and paid versions are identical, apart from the 1% skim.

If you have any questions about Slothtrader then feel free to ask. :)
