Webair is great. 2 years now and only down once for 15 minutes. Support is good and Mike is always willing to help. Never had an issue with them.

They have a lot of vocal support here on gfy so most feedback will be fairly slanted.

Though in truth they are fairly middle of the road. From experience you do get what you pay for with them, and while you aren't really getting ripped off you can probably do better.

I have a dedicated at Webair and everything is swell... only had issues once with their DNS server but it was resolved pretty quick once I called them.

They are first choice of all the more obnoxious GFY sig whores, however if do some basic searches on "webair" you will quite a few complaints that people have with their virtual/shared accounts and tech support.

Although they "seem" to have cleaned up their act of late, they have hosted many ROKSO spammers in the past. If you want an ethical and reliable host, try Swiftwill.

I have a dedicated there and its up and fast. Their support is a bit slow compared to my other hosts but still a great company.

Go with them or try PHAT SERVERS. I have a box with them and they have the best support on the market.

Well i was notice their ftp is faster then on other hosts but ping was lower.In any case i am satisfied with my host.

If you want to know if they're any good do this.
Go to a site like fixedorbit.com and see what bandwidth providers they're using and how many peering agreements they have in place.

Find some sites hosted by them and see how fast they load from different parts of the country/world.

Call their tech support at 3 A.M. on Sunday and see how quickly they answer the phone and if there's actually anyone there to help you.

Nobody will ever tell you the company they host with currently sucks...they'll only tell you that companies they "used" to host with suck. So getting word of mouth from current customers isn't always the best way to find out.
