Nope... you're wrong :error

justsexxx 01-29-2007 05:58 AM

Where do you live? As far as grilling? Why wouldn't this be a BBQ? Looks pretty big to me(okay I'm Dutch, so I might be wrong, and not used to 10pounds of meat)

who 01-29-2007 05:59 AM

Americans call grilling 'broiling' and make up whatever description for 'grilling' they want. So what's BBQ, some kind of cold soup?

Ok since it was asked.
Grilling is cooked over flames or coals which is typically a fast process over high heat.
BBQ is a slow process where the food is cooked over indirect heat or smoke.

96ukssob 01-31-2007 02:50 PM

hell yeah, i love to bbq, thats why I moved to LA because its more outsie bbq time per year than PA was ;)

even still, i would go out in the snow to fire up my grill during the winter

SomeCreep 01-31-2007 02:52 PM

I want some of that food :(

MsWild 01-31-2007 03:20 PM

so very true

I never knew till someone told and showed me in the US. They had an insane BBQ machine with an exhaust even, the smoke was indirect, thats the key it seems. Anyhow food was yummy.

bausch 02-01-2007 02:48 AM

How did you cook those skewer things? Did you put them in the oven, or broil or grill like barbecue grill?
