excessive myspace/AIM usage by your employees
 

what's the best way to handle this? Personally I don't mind so much as long as work comes first. I hate having to give someone a talking to.:disgust

If it's being used to network with, it shouldn't require more than a few posts a day. Anything more than that is too much and deserves a talking to.

myspace is not work... like schools block sex sites you have to block distractio0ns to employees..... unless your paying them to surf myspace....

thats my favorite, Ive got a hotbrick firewall. Nothing is more amusing because noone will bring it to my attention and its even more funny when you tell them you saw myspace has been attacked on the news so the believe it.:1orglaugh

force them to put up links on their profiles to the sites you run.

when another employee you trust and has worked for you for a long time tells you everytime she walks over the the person myspace is open with a bunch of blinking AIM's.

Just TELL them that they are risking their job by using AIM and MySpace.
