A couple of .xxx questions
 

I haven't really been paying attention to the .xxx talk here.. but I have a couple of questions..

1) If .xxx gets mandatory .. what will happen to two different paysites run by the same domain name, but .com and .net? ..

2) What about the people who paid thousands of $$$ for brand adult .com names.. can they just make these domains worthless without having to compensate in some way?

one of the reasons people are afraid of .xxx is that the answer to your first question is "noone has a fucking idea" and to the second question, the answer is "yes"

edit: although to be fair - at least at the beginning, .xxx won't be mandatory
