Password protection
 

Just found a load of valid logons for my members area on a password site, first-time its ever happened:mad:

What's the normal chain of events, I have manually shut the accounts down, but how do I prevent this happening again?
What's the best software you guys use?

How can I block whole domains from my members area?

Sorry for rattling on but I'm still in a state of shock at the amount of people that got in in such a short time, dreading bandwidth bill. :(

we use Iprotect, which has worked very well for years

My preferred method is the change the password. Crooks won't email you... But members who had their passwords stolen often will. That way you can try not to alienate any legit members.
