As many of you know, I created a page about David Stodghill a number of years ago. It was just a basic page when I first started it but it didn't take long for people to come forth with different pieces of the puzzle, which I updated the site with frequently.

For the last year or so, Stodghill has been seemingly dormant (probably scamming Hurricane Katrina victims). Not much Stodghill activity has been reported during this time. Then just a few months ago some of my domains, including this one, went down. I posted a thread about it over at DigitalPoint and guess who the first person to respond was - David, posting under the name 'BJennings', declaring victory over me. He's been thumping his chest over here on GFY as well. It took a number of phone calls to one of my registrars and some time, but after they saw what was really going on here I was given back full, permanent control of those domains.

Having regained control of this site once again, I though it would be fitting to develop a more interactive environment where people could contribute and share information on this remorseless conman, instead of that single, static page I had before.

Sorry Dave, you've just been owned, again - and the real ownage is yet to come.

I find it amazing that a piece of cancer like him is allowed to survive while so many good worthwhile people in the world get killed every day.

Somehow this doesn't really come as a big surprise to me. It turns out that David Stodghill is a sex offender. In 1995 he was incarcerated for Aggravated Indecent Assault, Indecent Assault Without Consent, and Corruption Of Minors.

Thanks! I wish I could take full credit, but most all of the information on the site has been contributed by others.

Even though I have made it so people can just post their story on there, people have been contacting me privately instead, via email and ICQ. These people have information but are hesitant to come forth because they have been intimitated by Stodghill.

One of the worst case I read about was right here on GFY, where Stodghill made false claims to Child Protective Services about one webmaster.

When Mark Jervis (JFPDude) was alive, I spoke with him on the phone and he was telling me about the bad day he was having. Stodghill was using the AOL member directory to find children online in Mark's area, and then he IMed them, pretending to be Mark, saying he wanted them to come over to his house for sex. Well, no kids showed up, but a few angry dads did! Mark's family was there for the weekend too. Poor guy. That was the last time I spoke to Mark. He said he had to go because some dectective was coming over his house.

I haven't sold traffic publicly for years. I've got some private deals that I still do, but they would be nothing you would know about.

Check your email & records for nastyonline before you tell me what I do and don't know please. I didn't use any particular tone with you, I didn't call you names and I certainly gave you more than enough time (in private) to make good on a small, trial deal we made. I wasn't even "calling you out" for drama or whatever, it just confuses me how you can take such joy in "owning" someone for doing what they have done...

I don't know a thing about that guy because I spend my time enjoying my life, working and making deals instead of reading the latest most of the time.. but I'm fairly certain you aren't improving your life any by dragging his name through mud he's apparently already travelled.

I don't spend as much time as you think on that site. Almost all of the information on there came from other webmasters, not me. It was only until recently when over a dozen of my domains were taken from me (that I had to fight to get back) that I even updated that site.

Perhaps if you read the webpage, or even this thread, you'd know what's going on.

I read the full thread.. and yes you say all the info you get is from other people etc which I understand. But you're replying to almost every post... that takes time and effort.

It's posted on a number of boards. There's a thread on here, where someone says it's a joke, but it ain't.

I believe I was the last person to talk to Mark on the phone. He was telling me that Stodghill was contacting children for sex, acting like him, using AOLs member directory. My last brief phone conversation with him was him saying that he couldn't talk, that he had two guys show up at his house, wanting to kick his ass for what 'he' said online to their boy/girl. He actually had family over that weekend, which made it all that much worse. He mentioned that he had contacted the police and that a detective was coming over to talk with him.

That was the last anyone heard from Mark..
