yeah, the past 4 days ive had about 6hours sleep total...my eyes are getting red from strain, but last two nights I went to local nightclubs and got fondled...so give and take...give and take..

yup, but it's intended purpose i believe is to be taken in proper doses to help increase REM sleep in turn somehow helping something or another with muscle development. Hope that's accurate enough :winkwink:
