So the "Tub" videos released so far, seem to have been filmed by Joe Francis. He's a bit creepy if you listen to him talking. He should be lucky he's got money because he's got no game otherwise.

It's an interesting question. When you buy an abandon storage unit everything inside is now leagally yours. So you own the tapes, but, of course, you don't have any releases from the people in the videos.

There's a difference between owning a tape, and owning the distribution and publication rights to someones image. If this isnt a ploy by Paris for more media attention, then it's def. going to get ugly.

So my theory isn't too far fetched that this is the stash. Maybe the Joe Francis videos are in the batch too, of his kidnapping. The Nick Carter video, etc..
