Those kinds of accusations can lead to a lot of people pulling their money from epassporte. He knew what he was doing and spread false information. He should be lucky with just a banning.

I wondered what was up with that. I searched for other news stories too, but found none stating that epassporte stopped processing for U.S. gamblers.

The only stories I saw reported info such as this:

Sadly Ken... Google "epassporte gambling" and that presents a different picture.

It really matters little if they only processed 10 transactions two years ago - a possible offense still exists. Further example... neither of the Neteller people arrested are even officers of Neteller now - they both relinquished that status think.. last year.
