Paysite owners with ccbill processing - Got a question for you
Sorry for the fake nick. I prefer not to make my business public on gfy.
This has been going on for months now and i can't seem to figure it out. I feel incredibly stupid as Ccbill keeps explaining it to me but i just don't understand it. Maybe someone here can make it clear to me. img114.imageshack.us/img114/6877/matt1uj.jpg (can't post urls) Look at this screenshot. The period or the amount it self is not important. It's a random payout date. Total amount $3900 in sales minus $650 processing. Till there its clear to me. Then $878 affiliate processing. Ok, clear, the affiliate(s) did $878 in sales right? So the payout for me is $2305. Which is exactly what i got in my bank account. Now this seems perfectly fine except for the fact that i am my own affiliate. I push this site ALSO with an affiliate code. And that $878 in affiliate sales is the money i made with MY affiliate account My affiliate account is merged with my webmaster account. Shouldn't this $878 be ADDED to the payout of $2305? Ccbill says no. I keep asking where does that affiliate money go then. They tell me i get it but how do i get it if it's deducted from my webmaster account? |
Am i crazy or is Ccbill?

You're not crazy.
If you are your SOLE affiliate, then yes, you should have received that amount. If you have other affiliates, this represents the total amount that was paid out to your affiliates. If you are your only affiliate - check if you attached this account under a global CCBill account. The earnings would have been included in those payouts. I hope that helps. |

They say that affiliate money is INCLUDED in that $2300 payout. I just can't understand that. |

The $878 should be added to your webmaster payouts.

I wonder how i can make this clear to anyone @ Ccbill. Customer Support clearly does not understand my problem. I'm already talking to a very friendly supervisor about this for weeks but he simply keeps telling me it's included in my payouts but it so looks like it's not. This is so frustrating. |
Loved your last movie..

The only way I'd see them adding it together is if you were linking to your site domain directly (no affiliate code). But in this case, if you're seeing it under 'affiliate' that means that you have a specific ID you are linking to your site with. To my knowledge, that gets paid seperately. Also if they wired $2305.00 and you haven't received a cheque or cheques totalling $878.41 - then either there's a problem or you have affiliates and your personal promotions are linking to 'http://www.yourdomain.com' and not through the CCbill linking codes. 3906.4 Total -653.94 Processing -878.41 Affiliate -68.88 Reconcile =========================== 2305.17 Sponsor Account Payment If you are your sole affiliate, you should have received: 2305.17 Sponsor Account Payment 878.41 If you are your sole affiliate =========================== 3183.58 Unless I'm missing something, it should be as explained above. Maybe contact Corvette, he is great at shedding light at something we are possibly missing. I hope that helps! |
if im understanding your question right, sounds like it depends on how your affiliate account is set up, whether you have it split into your webmaster account or get a separate payout, drop me an email and i can get that looked at for you, this sounds like a misunderstanding

This is EXACTLY how i see it but ive been told i'm wrong. So i'm still in doubt who is right or wrong. I can't believe a supervisor there would give me BS for weeks. It's more likely i am wrong but i just can't see how because to me it's exactly as you just described it. |
