Is this video compressed enough for webcam.
 

I know it's the wrong style, it's a voyeur girl in the shower scene.

But should we compress it more and when we do the webcam should we compress that more?

We will be producing the full quality versions as well.

Custom one, which is 100% for the content stores, but not so good for a paysite a lot of members.

Getting a new one for the paysite when we get a lot of members, but with only two so far it's not a problem. :1orglaugh

If you want iut to look like a real webcam yes. Right now it reminds me of all the "Fake" voyeur cams because of it's quality. Don't dump the quality in the resolution, just dump like every 4th or 5th fram so it skips like a real cam does...

Short answer : its compressed enough


Corrections to be made : de-saturate the colors a bit. Webcams cannot pickup so much color. Also, if your video guy is any good, try to run a stabilization algorythm on it. The camera moves a wee bit which means someone was either holding it or she walked so heavily it shook the walls. A proper wall mounted webcam wouldn't shake like that.



Frame rate and compression is alright. You may want to add a bit of light flicker as well to give it that el-cheapo webcam look.

and compress the sound more

drop the sound completely, record on lower frame rate, less colors, record from solid tripod or mount cam on a solid stand to make it look more realistic

looks good to me .. there is no written rule that a webcam needs to look like shit .. .I use IP cams .. the quality is awesome and my members appreciate the better signal
