It is amazing at how often this type of thing happens. A woman that came from France and was visiting Miami, went to the beach, changed clothes on the beach into a bikini like she always does in france, and layed out in the sun. About 15 min later, there were two cops arresting her for exposing her breasts on a public in front of 3 children that had been about 50 feet away. Thier mother had called police. The lady that was arrested is not a sexual offender, and her visa to the US was take away. So her husband closed his clothings stores, and the US lost a shit load of income from the tax's...

Yea there are actually laws on the books in several states that say oral sex is illegal. Ga and FL are two that I know of but I know several other states have the same.

I've always wondered if some local DA could use those laws to go after hardcore websites.

Laws in this country are fucked up that's for sure..

I know many people will prob think there's nothing we can do to solve this injustice, but i think the most important thing we can do is make sure you talk to your kids.. If you have teen boys make sure they know the laws.

And another good lesson is , if your not in a position to fight the powers , dont..

He could have been out if he merely admitted to the charges.. regardless of how overblown they were. a good lawyer would have told him the fight was fruitless. Better to admit to a wrong you didnt do and fight to reverse it than get convicted and try to appeal while your in jail
