I didn't read all your post, but keep in mind one thing. NEVER, NEVER (did I mentioned NEVER) pay to anyone asking for pre-payment via WU -- If you are so keen, try paying via PayPal or Escrow.Com

People claim that they are resellers or so, don't you think they should have setup an online store and sell for 25&#37; discount? Why they are hunting in forums for idiots?

Such scams normally come from, Nigeria, Russia (including Ukraine), Philippines and many similar high risk countries. So, be careful.
