I couldn't see anything about installation and I don't know much about wordpress other than installing it, so my question is is the installation something that is easy ? ...

It is easy.

WordPress installation is very simple and you can try it before purchasing: Download WP 2.0.7

After having the default blog, all needed to be done is importing the sql dump file that you get from me into the WordPress database.

Small DBs (the Jokes DB for example) can be imported via phpMyAdmin. The bigger ones can be imported via SSH and such, or you can upload it via FTP and ask your host's support to import it for you.

If needed i can provide installation service for additional price.

Not bad, but are these being sold to lots of people or will they be unique to just one site / purchaser? Because duplicate content on a bunch of sites kind of fucks you over on SEO.

The license is for personal usage only with no resell rights.

I recommend using the databases as a basis, and add some unique posts / feeds.

after you import the database in your server how would be the ste work? would it be updated daily or it will just populate the whole site?

It populates the site. It doesn't get updated but there are plug-ins who does this. The database creates a huge archive.

what kind of plugin? im kinda interested with that recip database

I'm not sure but i know there are all kind of plug-ins that adds content from RSS feeds to wordpress blogs

Only problem is mainstream RSS feeds are shit, they still haven't caught up to the adult industry.

For a solid archive type blog, these are good DBs.

When it comes to technology the adult industry is always first :)

So where are you getting these databases? This was from one of your game descriptions..

All of the databases data was purchased from content dealers who claim for full rights on the content (besides the collected ones such as articles etc' that is reprint free to use articles).
I, then, alter the databases, make the needed content changes, and make it fit the WordPress databse structure.
The video games database was purchased from a big video-games site owner who's decided to sell it's own db...
