Jessica Simpson / Security Brawl (Video)
|
ahahah, that was great!
|
where was that? Spain?
|
i love how she just keeps on walking and doesn't even turn her head. she's prob so used to craziness like that all the time, it probably doesn't even faze her
|
Those security guards clearly broke the law. They have to understand, in public places, they are not the law, and people have the right to stand and film whatever they want. I would have sued, and I hope they sue jessica simpson since that's who they are working for.
|
I would have beat the fuck out of the security guard once he touched me!
The guy in the red is my hero! |

Security inside a mall... you are pretty much at their mercy. Private property, they have a whole bunch of rights. The guy in red is a dumbass, he attacked.

LOL, where the fuck are all the white people? :1orglaugh |

Ca. State Law - Private Party Arrests. The violator has to be warned to leave the property or they will be arrested. I clearly did not hear those words. Maybe I missed something ? |

The violator has to be warned to leave the property or they will be arrested. I clearly did not hear those words. Maybe I missed something ? He said "back off" like a dozen times. Stupid hippies got what was coming to them. |
thats crazy shit....

I saw idiots that think taking a picture is more important than her right to walk freely. Law suit my ass. If someone has 10 security people around them while walking then have enough fucking brains to not block their path. "I got RIGHTS!!!"...yeah, but what ever happend to common sense and courtesy. It all went out the window when people started getting $2000 for the "Scoop". This bitch would pose for an hour for these people if they made an appointment and acted like professionals. |
Mall = private property. Those in this thread who think those photogs had public rights are dumbasses.

To me the words "back off", "get the fuck out of here", "leave me alone" translate to "leave the property or you will be arrested". I understood what the security guards meant. I don't see what part the other guys didnt understand. |

I worked as a bouncer and the law was clear. If I told someone to back away from the door or leave and they didn't then they were tresspassing. I could use force to remove them from the property. The cops backed me up 100% every time. If the bouncer/security says move then anyone not moving is a stupid motherfucker because they will lose. And people need to think more. I would tell people to move because of a fire hazzard. If they didn't move and a fire killed people, I would see to it that the motherfuckers went to jail for the liability. |
Anyone can be escorted off private property for whatever reason. If they resist, they can be arrested at that point without any verbal warnings.
|
Those fucking photographers should not get so close to anyone, famous or not fuck them..they should have a legal distance of 25 feet or something..
Mr. Romance |

Sorry, that's complete horseshit. no such thing... In fact, I know for a fact in Calif. how it works! I was a Mall Guard, and I was a State and then a Federal Police Officer in Calif. after that. I call BS. Someone lied to you.. |

wow they probbly will be fired for that lol

[QUOTE=J.R.;11778067]
I was a State and then a Federal Police Officer QUOTE] You would be the first person I ever met that was a "state police officer". Would this have been in a state that didn't have any cities. Hey, maybe a "state tropper", but a state police officer??? |
security guards have a right to arrest people. If i was in a mall, and someone wanted to take pictures of me.. i'd be pissed enough to take the camera, and break his face. If i was worth millions and millions.. i would get the mall security cops to do it. I think it would be deemed "harrassment" in the mall, and they have every right to arrest them.

Yeah, I would be. Let me correct myself, City Cop enforcing State Law and then Federal, Enforcing Both State and Federal. Better ? :) |

A mall isn't public property unless the city owns it. A security guard employed by a property owner has the right to ask anyone to leave. If they do not do it, they can be legally detained until real cops arrive to arrest them for criminal trespassing. That's the way it works here anyway. |

THe security guards should most definitely be up on assault charges, that video footage is proof of the idiotic fucks that are bouncers and security guards. :321GFY :321GFY |
That was just a turf war between two rival mexican gangs.

Most Paps are Filipino Gangs, could be interesting to see what they do later.

Bad manners neeed to be punished.

I have no idea what anyone here is talking about... the punk with the camera pushed his cam in the security gaurds face I saw it didn't you.... well it looked like he was going to .... he was just defending himself..
2. private property... I have security at my house since all the trucks slamming into my garages and shit... and guess private property I told him to shoot the shit outta any trespassers that don't leave.... the photogs are in the wrong in this case plain as day... if you think otherwise then your one of the photogs then... bottom line.... the security gaurd yelled back up at least 4 times that I really heard.... thats 3 times to many to tell him... |
