I would honestly take a job driving a semi. The money isn't spectacular, but if you have that wandering mindset it's the best job you could ever have. There have been several times in my life that has seemed like an appealing option.

I would own and operate a few food establishments. Foremost a BBQ place and the rest would just be food stand type places.

I would move to Japan, and do some work there. ;)
