Who said Netflix Hoses people? It's coming true.
 

I got a free trial for initially three videos at a time...they shipped three videos last monday and it arrived here on Wednesday...So this past Monday, which was yesterday, I updated it to four at a time before my credit card gets billed for the fee...

I put two videos in the mail here in PR on Friday, and they received and shipped the next two on Monday...I mailed my third disc on saturday and here it is Tuesday and they haven't mentioned anything...

Now sending mail from puerto rico to NY/NJ is equivalent to sending mail to the next state over on the mainland...Why they fail to recognize my third return and it's tuesday baffles me.

Whoever wrote that netflix tries to hose people is apparently coming out to be true.

We've been getting 3-5 movies a week for years now and rarely if ever had a delay... :pimp

I recently switched from Netflix to Blockbuster online and I've gotten up to 18 movies in a single week (9 via mail, 9 in store) I didn't watch them all of course just wanted to put their Total Access plan to the test. On a normal week you should be able to get about 6-12 movies per week with Blockbuster if you return them in store that is. I don't know if Blockbuster is in Puerto Rico and if so I'm not sure they offer Total Access. If they do I would defiantly recommend it.

Estimated ship time for U.S. Domestic USPS is 2 to 5 _business_ days.

Personally, I'd wait the entire 5 days before feeling something was off kilter.

Especially if I lived on an island.

You'd be surprised how many people here don't fuck with shipping and receiving things from the states. Even simple things. You can't depend on any time frame. I had thought about getting a Netflix or Blockbuster account online, but there are lots blockbusters in the Isla Verde / Carolina area where I live.

The mail by air or sea can get bogged down sometimes.
I can get a letter in 3 days but sometimes it takes 10 or even more from the same location.
