ive gotten like 20K of those in the past year.

SirCam is months old. It uses a new semi-random subject (from the infected HD) each time it mails out.

If you used something like the free version of ZoneAlarm you wouldn't have too worry about any of these.

i scan all my mail with a third party scanner before downloading - they found it before i downloaded it. :)

i do have a lil firewall up and another virus scanner on my pc too :thumbsup
