Hire an accountant or get a copy of quickbooks and do it yourself.

Tracking check payments is easier than electronic ones, in my opinion.

I hate the checks that don't come with stubs.

Ive set weekly checkups on remote stats, its a pain but epass payments on time are a handful these days

I write down all my checks that sponsors are suppose to send me for that pay period, and when I recieve them I cross them off my list. Simple and effective method.

basically what I do with epass - its timeconsuming but like someone told me the other day "I never knew that getting so many sponsors also means tracking down and keep asking for payments as well"

ccbill still works for us - never a late payment and the same for our aff

I don't do that!!!

when payment period finished and I see payments from sponsors (e.g. Google Adsense), I add just one line in my list.
So when I see after one month that some checks not received - icq or email sponsor

Go for Quicken or Quickbooks....you can put in a payday reminder or similiar function to automatically account for an expected check. When it doesn't show up you know where to look.
