How do I do it? How do I find amateur chicks for my sites? I have girls mailing me every week now, who want to model... but they are time-zones and oceans away. How do I tap the healthy population of amazing goth girls in this town? I'm too timid to just walk up to them... don't want to get slapped by a 6' tall girl wearing spikes!

Any thoughts? I am thinking of getting someone more brave than I to be my recruiter. Other than that, how do I get their attention without scaring them away with instictive fear of porn?

Isn't your gf partners with you or something? Have her approach them on the street or anywhere give them a card and have them call you. everyone wants to be a star, you should have no problem with a female recruiter.

Brujah- Yes, but where do I post them? Local papers? AdMags? Regional papers? I have to admit, my charm is in communicating directly... What the hell do I say in an ad?

Fuel- Yes, my girlfriend is my partner and one of the stars. We have thought of that angle... How much more effective do you think it is? I was thinking of doing some full-color business cards specifically targetted at models. Make sense? Worth the investment?

Yes. Make your girl the shark. Go to night clubs and hit the dance floor with a pocket full of business cards.

I was at the big monthly night just a couple of days ago... but I haven't been pimping it there, because I am still wary of fallout. After all, I have friends and acquiantances at these clubs. I don't want to be "that porn guy"... had a run-in with that already.

So, business cards... I spot girls who would be great for the site, point them out to Vail, she gives them the card. It's loud, so probably no verbal pitch... put it all on the cards. Sound good?

Never ever try and close a deal in public. With their friends around they won't be as open as if they are talking to you on the phone or at your home office. Always have paper work for them to read and take with them for later review. Do follow up and always offer them something like the photos on a cd for their personal use or a pass to your site.

Fuel-- Ah, so I should have a welcome pack sort of thing ready for them, with details? Do you think a URL on a business card with all the details would work? Or do I need something more tangible?

We pay £25 per day for tests, and always give a CD of all images and site access. That is our bare minimum. We quite often pay models. Also, we are only doing softcore stuff, not sure if I made that clear.
