What gallery click-thru % is your TGP set to?
 

Not sure if that subject made any sense. What click-thru percentage do you have your galleries set to on your TGP? In other words, what percentage of the time does the surfer see the gallery and what percentage do they receive a blind traffic trade link?

Is 65% some sort of standard for trading?

Let me start... mine are set to 100%, but I'm going to lower this very soon.

I have some pure blind links in the list, but the gallery links all go to galleries all the time.

i use 100% on the first couple then i use 65% on the rest. 65-75 is the norm i would say for most.

You guys should start setting it to 25%, screw giving away free porn 100% of the time.

I want bookmarkers. And to get bookmarkers you have to be nice and give away free porn. Bookmarkers generate traffic to your trades and make you grow and get more traffic that isn't as 'useless' as the freebie bookmarkers are. That's my theory. So anyway, I don't want to set it too low.

50% with first click enabled. maybe i'll turn it down someday but probably not.

Talking about skimming galleries. Your traffic trade script sends a certain percentage of gallery clicks to a trade, rather than to the actual gallery.

You can control the % that will reach a gallery and which go to a trade.
If you put this to '70' for example it would mean 7 people would reach the gallery if they clicked on the link and 3 would go to a trade.

Seriously, they will click on "sponser" links even when
you tell them in big bold red letters. Actually they do
it quite often and without pissing them off.

Skimming is not for a TGP that wants to get any kind
of on going repeat traffic from day 1. Wait until you're
pulling a few K from bookmarks and SE before you start
to jerk them around on a TGP. Jerking is for CJs and pimply faced 16 year olds.:winkwink:
