PR3 ...is it worth mentioning when selling domain
I'm not experienced with the googe page rank thing and was wondering if saying "this domain is PR3" is even useful to the seller.
yes it is
PR4 is "impressive", 3, not so much.
Anything supporting a sale is useful, if be sure to mention it!
you can probably include it, but it doesn't increase the domain's value much...
PR3 isn't terrible, certainly better than greybar or 0.
It's "okay" :) I'd mention it in a sale.
I just had a thought.
Any buyer that knows what it means probably has google tool bar and will simply type the domain in wether I mention it or not. I guess the question is should I say "PR3 domain" in the listing to get attention to the domain. |

0 would suck... 3 is what it should be! |

while it's not impressive, the more information you give about the domain, the better.
Thanks all.

it is a positive so yes
def mention it heck almost everyone i know selling a name says pr3 on the way to pr4
pr3 aint shit. its not going to get you more then about 10 bucks extra. we have literally hundreds of pr3 domains. when they are all 5s and 7s... ill let you know. :)
what helps more (IMO) is the # of links in, and the number of pages cached on google and yahoo... and maybe msn
yeah you should mention it

FOLLOW UP:
After 5 days with no bids or "watchers" I added "this domain is PR3" and within an hour I had 2 bids and 2 more watchers. Could be a coincidence but I doubt it. Like someone said; PR3 beats PR0. If a buyer has domains that are all PR0 then in his mind PR3 is step up. |
what would you look at when buying a domain name, the PR or the amount of unique hits its receiving and where those hits are coming from?
